Myers Memorial Library will host a drop-in program about a plant-based lifestyle. The representatives of the Plant-Powered Chautauqua County group will be at the library on Saturday, April 24th from 10 am – 1 pm to answer your questions and give out materials about plant-based nutrition. You can stop by anytime to learn more about the group and its mission.  Plant-Powered Chautauqua County group wants to empower people to find better health and overcome chronic diseases through a whole-food plant-based diet. They strive to raise awareness about the health benefits of the WFPB lifestyle. The program is free and open to the public.
